Thank you so much for joining us, Nathan! Our readers would love to get to know you a bit better. Can you start by sharing a bit about your backstory?

It’s such a pleasure to be here! My journey started in the spotlight—literally. Growing up in the Osmond family, my life was infused with music and performance from the very beginning. My father, Alan Osmond, was part of the iconic Osmond Brothers, so being on stage felt like second nature.

But as much as I loved the entertainment world, I always felt drawn to explore beyond it. Over the years, I’ve ventured into singing, acting, public speaking, coaching, and even the mortgage industry. It might sound like a lot, but at the heart of everything I do is one purpose: helping people realize their potential and step into their greatness. Life is one big stage, and I believe everyone deserves their moment to shine.

You wear so many hats—singer, speaker, actor, coach, and more. How do you manage to balance it all?

It’s definitely a juggling act! But I’ve learned that balance isn’t about doing everything at once—it’s about being fully present in each role. When I’m with my family, they have my undivided attention. When I’m on stage, my focus is on connecting with the audience. Prioritizing is key, and I’ve also learned the importance of saying no to things that don’t align with my purpose.

Delegation has been a game-changer, too. I’m blessed with an incredible team that helps me handle the details so I can focus on what matters most. And let’s not forget self-care! Whether it’s a walk in nature, a quiet moment of meditation, or just a few deep breaths, those little habits keep me grounded.

What advice would you give to aspiring performers and creatives navigating the pressures of the entertainment industry?

Stay true to yourself. The entertainment world can be exhilarating, but it’s also filled with challenges and pressures. Knowing your “why”—your purpose—will anchor you through it all. Talent is important, but resilience, perseverance, and adaptability are what truly make a difference. Don’t let rejection or setbacks define you. Instead, see them as stepping stones to growth.

And remember, it’s okay to take breaks. You don’t have to be “on” all the time. Taking care of your mental and emotional well-being is crucial for staying creative and passionate in the long run.

You’re a big advocate for mental health. What fuels that passion?

Mental health is the foundation for everything we do. If your mind isn’t in a good place, it’s hard to thrive. In today’s world, we’re constantly bombarded with noise—social media, news, endless to-do lists. It’s easy to feel overwhelmed. I’ve seen firsthand how transformative it can be to quiet the distractions and focus on gratitude, mindfulness, and self-compassion.

It’s not just about managing stress; it’s about intentionally building a life that uplifts you. Your thoughts are powerful, and the way you speak to yourself shapes your reality. Mental health isn’t just important—it’s everything.

You’ve shared a powerful story about playing Charlie Brown. How did that experience shape you?

That experience was unforgettable—and unexpected. When I was cast as Charlie Brown for a national tour, I threw myself into the role. I read the comics, wore the yellow shirt with the black zigzag, and even adopted Charlie’s negative self-talk to fully embody the character.

What I didn’t expect was how deeply that self-doubt would affect me. I started to feel genuinely down, almost depressed. It wasn’t until I had a spiritual moment that everything clicked. I remember asking God why I felt so heavy, and I felt this clear answer: “Why don’t you love yourself the way I love you?”

That was a turning point. I realized how much power our thoughts have over our lives. I started rewriting my internal dialogue, replacing negativity with love and gratitude. That lesson has stayed with me ever since.

What advice would you give to someone battling self-doubt?

Start with grace. Be kind to yourself—it’s okay to feel uncertain sometimes. But don’t let that self-doubt take the wheel. One of the best things you can do is shift your mindset with empowering questions. Instead of asking, “What if I fail?” try asking, “What if I succeed?”

Daily affirmations have also been a game-changer for me. I love telling myself, “Day by day, in every way, I’m getting better and better.” It sounds simple, but words are powerful. And surround yourself with people who uplift you—having the right support system can make all the difference.

Speaking of positivity, how do you cultivate an abundant mindset?

It starts with gratitude. Abundance isn’t just about wealth—it’s about seeing the limitless opportunities and blessings around you. When I chose “abundance” as my word for the year, I made it a daily practice to focus on it. I put reminders everywhere—a nameplate on my desk, affirmations, and even in the way I approach relationships.

When you believe that good things are on their way, you start noticing them everywhere. Shifting from scarcity to abundance isn’t just a mindset change—it’s a life change. It’s about trusting that there’s enough for everyone and that you’re worthy of all the good that comes your way.

Your father, Alan Osmond, shared his journey with multiple sclerosis. What did his experience teach you?

My dad is a true example of resilience and positivity. When he was diagnosed with MS, he could’ve let it define him. Instead, he said, “I may have MS, but MS doesn’t have me.” That statement became his mantra, and it shaped how he approached life.

His openness about his condition inspired me to embrace vulnerability. When we share our struggles, we create space for connection, understanding, and support. My dad’s courage taught me that challenges don’t have to hold us back—they can be a platform to lift others up.

If you could give one piece of advice to your younger self, what would it be?

I’d say, “Stop stressing so much!” Seriously, though, I’d remind my younger self that perfection isn’t the goal—progress is. Every mistake is a lesson, and every setback is part of the bigger story. I’d also tell myself to take more risks and trust the journey. And above all, I’d say, “Love yourself more.” Confidence and self-acceptance are the foundation for everything else in life.

What’s next for you?
