The path to abundance is an emotional path. And if so, it makes sense that if you are overwhelmed and anxious, that you are not inviting in more and more abundance, are you?

When we talk emotions here, we talk feeling relaxed, confident and overall wellbeing. It is when we feel relaxed and confident that we have the overall sense of wellbeing and that is the energy of abundance and of allowing flow into our business and life.

When we experience overwhelm and anxiety, we create a wall of resistance to the flow and abundance we want to create.

That is why being organized results in being confident and relaxed, creates ease in your business and in turn open up flow and abundance.

How does this actually work then?

The mind-body state that you are in determines how you will respond to any situation. It also impacts on your ability to make decisions as well as the actual decisions you make or not make.

It is logical that when you feel overwhelmed and anxious that you will respond very differently to anything than when you feel relaxed and confident.

When you are organized, it means your business is organized. I’m not referring here to things being filed away and clean desks. Of course that has an impact too. Your environment plays a huge role in your ability to perform optimally. And clutter will definitely add to your overwhelm.

However, I want you to take step back here. There is something else that needs to happen that sets the foundation for you and your business to be organized. That will allow the feeling of overwhelm and anxiety to dissipate.

That foundation is planning. It is to plan ahead and set up a strategy of how you will achieve your business goals. So, it is not just enough to set up your goals and when you would like to achieve them. What is necessary is to plan the activities of your business ahead. Once you know how you will generate the revenue in your business, is to plan when they will happen and how they will happen.

Failing doing that will have all of these ideas spinning around in your head with the feeling that you have to do them all at once. When you space them out, you can focus on what it at hand, knowing that you have set aside time to work on them.

We become overwhelmed when we get lost in the details and we cannot see the forest for the trees. You then have no sense of direction and when you don’t know where you are going, you are running crazy in one spot. Exhausting!

First decide where you are going, what your vision is for the year and what goals you wish to achieve. Then plan the business activities that will satisfy your goals and you will find that you are in charge, relaxed and confident to manifest that vision.

Now you have the energy vibration that attracts abundance with ease into your business as well as way more fun!
