An invisible force governs you. An all-knowing, all-powerful, and ever-loving force.

I call it Universal Intelligence.

Universal in that it’s present at all times and all places past, present, and future. Intelligence in that it’s pure, all knowing wisdom.

At all times, and in all places and situations, you have an all knowing and loving wisdom that governs you and your body.

Just thinking about Universal Intelligence can get pretty mind blowing.

This intelligence, takes 2 cells and grows a baby. It guides an acorn into an oak tree. It causes a flower to reach toward the sun. It takes the carotene out of the carrot and delivers it to the retinas of your eyes.

There’s nothing it can’t do. And here’s the best part. It loves you and only works to preserve you.

Connect with the healing power within you.

Universal Intelligence is within you whether you pay attention to it or not, but why not connect with it?

I do this for a few quiet minutes each morning. It’s best if I do it before I get out of bed, but really it can be done at any time and throughout the day.

I talk to it like a friend, because that’s what it is.

If there’s anything going on with my health, I can ask it for guidance.

I thank it for its wisdom and care.

I offer over anything I’ve been trying to control.

Universal Intelligence is on the job, but do we trust it?

Our human parts want to grab the reins. We want answers right away. We want the big guns.

Universal Intelligence is a spiritual quality. That means it operates opposite to our human ego.

What feels weak to the ego is strong to the spirit. That’s why it’s heard or felt in the small voice within us, and not from the chattering monkeys that make so much noise in our minds.

“Have you more faith in a spoonful of medicine than in the power that animates the living world?” — B.J.Palmer

Trust Universal Intelligence to guide you. Maybe it tells you you need more rest or to cut out a certain food. Or maybe it tells you to try medicine. Either way, listen to it and thank it for the loving care it’s given you.

Yours in health.
