Jennifer Morgan is no stranger to hard work – she oversees all of the Americas, Japan, and Asia Pacific at SAP.
During her time at SAP, Morgan has begun a number of initiatives, including an effort to erase the pay gap between male and female employees, and developing SAP’s workforce with a special emphasis on early talent, diversity, and culture. She was named one of Fortune’s Most Powerful Women in Business in 2018.
Morgan’s new podcast, “A Call to Lead,” explores the journey of leadership, and offers practical advice to listeners to help them find their inner leaders. In her first episode, she speaks with Thrive Global Founder and CEO Arianna Huffington about connecting with people, building businesses, and the qualities that make a good leader. “If we don’t continue to learn, we’re going to miss where the world is going. The greatest gift of leadership is being able to tap into where the world is going and see the icebergs before they hit the Titanic,” Huffington tells Morgan.
