Did you know I typically read 3-4 books at a time?

I’m almost always reading or re-reading a book on mindset or business. Right now, I’m right in the middle of the book called ‘Thoughts Are Things’ by Bob Proctor and Greg Ried. It gets so specific on where you need to put all your attention, energy, and focus.

“Our thoughts ultimately design our life.”

Our thoughts design our lives, so when we start to focus on the right things, breakthroughs begin to happen. Put energy into a positive future you want to create. We always need that anchor to bring us back. Here are a few ways you can keep yourself centered in life and business:

Gratitude
Have gratitude for the life you have. Have thanks and be grateful for what you already have. If you look at the most successful people in the world, they are deeply thankful for what they have and were before they were famous or had the money. Take some time to look around and give thanks for the people and things you have around you.

Vision
Have a clear vision of what you want to accomplish and what you want. There are so many people in this world that know precisely what they don’t want but have no idea what they REALLY want. How can you attract something you are already so unclear you want? How do you assemble the perfect outcome when you don’t know what outcome you truly want?

Clarity
Clarity is knowing what you want. Seeing the outcome in real life and in your mind is critical to actually achieving those goals. I’m such a huge fan of vision board because it always you to take that dream you have in your brain and put it right on paper. Studies have shown that when you can physically see your goals, you have a better chance of accomplishing them. Put those big dreams on paper, have that visual motivator so you can always see what your result will be.

Where we focus our attention is ultimately where we will see outcomes. Once we understand where we need to focus on a higher level, you can design any outcomes to precisely what you want! A lot of these points in the book (Thoughts are Things) and that I have made here are very fundamental and necessary.

Let this be a pattern interrupt for you. Let this be your anchor and bring you back to focus. When you are in it, you forget it. It’s why little reminders like these tips can have a much more significant impact then you think.
