What inspired you to write your book?

I felt the urgency of my work and the amazing impact it will have on the world. With the chaos that is in our midst, we get to go within rather than add to the chaos.

What do you want others to get out of your book?

The Earth is shifting into a new energy and we get to be radically responsible for what we are carrying. Science now has proof that we carry generational trauma and limiting patterns from our family system. Causing us to stay in dysfunctional loops that keep us from moving forward. We are a walking history book of our ancestors, we can Be the cause of change by witnessing the truth that you hold in your shadow rather than ad to the chaos outside your Self.

How can we all move forward on purpose and with great purpose?

Face into your fears, your shadow, your emotions with courage and vulnerability. Practice seeing the mirror within when your triggered or in judgment of others.

What is something each of us can do to SHINE?

Stand in who you are not who you are not. Always speak the truth quietly, listen with an open mind when others speak, and remember the peace that can be found in silence.

What does Thriving mean to you?

Thriving to me means responding rather than reacting. Choosing to take the higher road, living the best version of your Self, living life fully expressed and vulnerable.

Are you planning another book or other launches?

Yes, I am writing a series of books more like handbooks of wisdom. I am also currently working on my life story. I have lived several lives so that is going to be a fun challenge.

What is one thing you would tell others if they want to bring their message forward?

If you stand in your truth and ask your guides for help to chase away the doubts and fears, your message with grow a life of its own and carry you with it.

I came from scarcity of everything, I am a pattern disrupter, I have big energy, I have only a 10^th grade education, I say whats on my mind without filters, I go for it without asking how, I am like a bull in a china closet. Yet I have a powerful love for everyone because I have done my own shadow work. You can find fault with almost anything or anyone out there, but what is the point? Find that same chaos within your own shadow and you will find love for your Self.
