I often catch myself saying, where does the time go.
For those of you who wish there was more time in the day, this is a read for you!
You may not think so but you are always in full control of your time. The most important thing is though, how do you use the time you have? Are you using a “perfect”/flexible daily routine? Calendar? A accountablity partner? Positive thinking can only get you so far, You must imply action with it to achieve it.
Like they say “knowledge is know what you do, wisdom is applying what you know”.

Time management is one of the key skills for anyone in life.
Have you ever felt rushed before? Felt like there just isn’t enough time in the day to get everything done? (I know that I have, many times and still do sometimes)

The “secret” that helped me with manage my time more effectively. Were these famous words “Plan out tomorrow, today”
As simple as that sounds, it makes a world of a difference. (Now many of you, just like myself are probably thinking. We can’t predict the day. Life is random and anything could happen.) The next step to this is to always be prepared for the worst but hope for the best.

Then Lastly, take your time. We often get so ahead of ourselves that we don’t take the time to plan our next steps. Say that you have a paper due, making food, reading a book by a certain deadline or just about anything in life. Think of it as a “game”. First we have to get the first step completed(Or level). A.k.a, just starting it. Then after that, we can proceed on to the next one. Which is setting the goal for whatever objective you are trying to achieve. The key factor to this isn’t just planning out your next step of action. The key factor is staying focus and giving whatever you are doing your undivided attention. “Being in the here and now:

Besides ourselves, time is our greatest asset and resource that we have. Spend it wisely.

The root issue
Access what you are spending most of your time on. Are you wasting precious time and money on things you don’t need or isn’t bettering you? T.V., Games, going out, drinking, drugs and or junk food (which can be just as bad as some drugs). If you want something, spend time on it, learning, reading, training and practicing.

We have 86,400 seconds in each day to make it the best day ever. It’s like having someone deposit that amount into our bank every day. How would you spend it? The only catch, you can’t get any of it back or save some of it for tomorrow.(Everything in life comes down to how we perceive it.)

People are not wired to want to do the best that we can. We are designed to survive with the bare minimum if need be. Our brains don’t think in terms of, if I do this I can live a “perfectly perfect” life or if I don’t do this I could live a “mediocre” life.

It’s up to us (you) to make the dream life that you want. It’s all a mindset, a standard of living.

Balance
You can make time for fun, just don’t let it consume your life. Just like before, you can integrate fun with business. Money and material processes can be had at any time but only time can slip by forever.

Often too many times have we seen people work so much they don’t spend enough time with those that they love. Also, too many times we see people spend too much time with their loved ones and things they enjoyed. Allowing their obligation escape them. Both serve their purpose but can be overwhelming not only for ourselves but for others as well.

It is a lot like Ying and Yang. We cannot have one without the other. Otherwise, everything begins to go out of balance and we lose sight of what are defining life and ourselves. Without one or the other, we would go into chaos. Balance brings us harmony.

Exercise
“Extra” Write out what yours daily and or what your life plans are. Make yourself a daily schedule that you can check off. This is so powerful and easy to do daily or at night before you go to sleep. Imagine how far or great you would be at something if you spent as much time as you do on something that isn’t bettering you. (I always try turning it into a game).

We spend hours making the best “character” in a game. Perfecting their aim, strength, intelligence, etc. Our own lives are much like the same thing just much more detailed in most cases.

Everything in our lives that we do, is a skill that we can learn. You can do anything that you put your mind to. Never allow others and especially yourself say you can’t do something.

Contrast is how we view the world
When you are the young is the time to get to where you want. So when you are older all of the time in the world is yours. A person who doesn’t plan is planning on failing. The best time to do something is now!

Regardless of your age, there is no time like now.

Quotes
“The time you enjoy wasting is not wasted time”-Bertrand Russell

“Yesterday’s the past, tomorrow’s the future, but today is a gift. That’s why it’s called the present”-Bil Keane

Envision it!
What is one thing that you want more than anything? Now hold that thought in mind, as clear as day. Picture yourself doing it, now see yourself already having it and or completing it! Okay, now go do it, it only takes that first step.

Life is about being authentic
You can make anything you imagine a reality, let’s ban together and make our future a perfect reality, together! Listen to your heart and soul. Be different, original, just be yourself!

Do the things that you would do around family, your loved ones and when you are alone. Whatever brings you happy and ignite that spark you hold inside.

Another great experiment to try.
“Extra”- Try to do something without envisioning it first. Then try something new or the same after envisioning it. You will be surprised at how much smoother it goes. Everything will fall into place when you do! Everything in your life all starts with you! Dance and sing to your own beat, let your and heart, soul and entire being be free.

Quote
“The only way to deal with an unfree world is to become so absolutely free that your very existence is an act of rebellion”.- Albert Camus

We are all in this together but it all starts with you! You are creating history!
