As many of us have noticed that our 2020 plans have come to a halt, the lingering of uncertainty awaits. Its the fear of not knowing when this end, that is causing a silent panic among many people. Tensions are rising up and people are becoming restless. There is no certain time period that is listed for this international pandemic to be over. Its the uncertainty, which is leading people to worry.

No one expected this! After all, 2020 was supposed to be our big year. The year of change. The era of new love, improved love, self-love, and levelin’ up. This was the year where everything we worked so hard for was to come into fruition. We were planning for our next trip. Its the year to take our trips with family and friends. The new dream job, and the list goes on. And, yet, who is to say that some of these things cannot happen?

One of the positives (and yes, there are always positive things happening, even in times such as these) in regards to this current pandemic, is how it is forcing humanity to stop in stillness. In these current times, there is underground work taking place in acknowledgement and appreciation. Clearly, a great portion of humanity has taken on a down cycle in protecting life’s treasures. Her natural treasures and her spiritual ones. We have simply become, too busy! Too busy for life. Too busy for family. Too busy for ourselves! Which means that once we start de-valuing life, there is a pause, that takes place. A necessary pause, in order to appreciate it, once more. This is that time. Yet, being on pause mode doesn’t mean that we cannot continue the cycle of creative production and productivity. In fact, here are a few tips, which ensures that we continue to work through our anxiety, in anticipation for the beautiful times, ahead!

After all, we can not create, unless we start to feel good! Let music bring those feelings to task.

2. Exercise

Just think how much better you are going to feel once this is all over. How you are going to glow! Use this inside time to shape and sculpt your body in the way, you have always wanted. This is a period to check in with self-care, and exercise is one of them.

As with any crisis, anxiety is sure to happen. Nevertheless, we can always conquer it, by staying in healthy forms of movement. Allowing it to linger within our very Being actually prolongs it. Which means moving through it, ensures we will lose it. Speaking it to where it no longer impacts us, is key. These current times are simply ways of teaching us how to be creative.
