“From 2008, I have had a fire instilled in me to grow, strive, and achieve,” Michael Candelario explained. “I have flourished into an entrepreneur with a large array of skills and a great team behind me. Five years ago, I aspired to be where I am today. So in the next five years, I want to set up realistic goals for my personal life and my company. I am passionate about what I do in my personal life, and I will keep the same fire alive as I seek to grow,” he added.
Through his achievements as an entrepreneur, Candelario hopes to inspire aspiring business people to be ready to do self-sacrifice and put in the hard work needed to succeed in their chosen industries. So many people desire to succeed but are not fully prepared to take on the responsibilities and challenges of creating a business. He wants to see more people persevere as if their lives depended on the success of their ventures. Instead of giving up at the first hint of a bump on the road, he wants to motivate people to fight harder for their dreams and work harder to make them happen. Instead of giving up, he wants to see more people passionately pursue their dreams with a fire more significant than life itself.
