Through her method, she empowers people to release what holds them back, reconnect with their inner knowing, and transform not only their health but also their relationships, careers, and overall life alignment. Throughout this conversation with Stacey Chillemi, she shares her insights, stories, and the wisdom behind her groundbreaking work.

Can you tell us a bit about your backstory?

I spent most of my career as a corporate turnaround and growth specialist, helping organizations shift people, processes, and technology to find their way back to success. Then, on March 12th, 2020, right as COVID struck, I was unexpectedly pulled out of corporate America. I had just received a performance bonus and prepared for a board meeting when I was told my services were no longer needed. At first, the shock was overwhelming, but soon I realized it was the divine pulling me from my zone of excellence into my zone of genius. Through prayer and meditation, I tapped into the energetic gifts I had long kept hidden, and from that, the Soul Intelligence® Method was born.

What exactly is the Soul Intelligence® Method?

The Soul Intelligence® Method is a bioenergetic system that uncovers the mental and emotional blocks at the root of physical imbalances. It helps people understand the direct correlation between their physical well-being and their mental and emotional health. Since everything in existence is energy, blocked or stagnant energy manifests as illness, dysfunction, or emotional struggle. By using this method, I help clients release the energy that is stuck and restore alignment, enabling them to reconnect with their divine spark and inner knowing. It’s like adjusting the body energetically in the same way a chiropractor would adjust the body biomechanically.

When did you realize energy was the missing link?

I always sensed I had a gift, but I also knew that bridging the corporate world with the spiritual world would be a delicate balance. During COVID, I created a leadership program for executives and leaders, and at the end, I offered them a choice: a regular coaching session or a Soul Intelligence® session. To my surprise, every single person chose the Soul Intelligence® session. That was the moment I realized this work was bigger than me… it was the missing link that leaders and professionals didn’t even know they were searching for. It became clear that even in high-level business, people yearn for deeper alignment with purpose, energy, and authenticity.

Can you share a transformational story from your sessions?

Absolutely. One healthcare provider I worked with told me she hadn’t had a period in three months, her marriage felt distant, and her business had stalled. I worked with her sacral chakra, which was nearly 90% blocked, clearing away the stuck energy that was holding her back. The very next day, she messaged me saying her period had returned, she felt a loving reconnection with her husband, and she suddenly received three new client inquiries. That single session brought physical, emotional, and professional breakthroughs. It was such a powerful reminder of how energy affects every area of our lives.

How do you define Soul Intelligence® compared to IQ and EQ?

IQ represents our intellectual capacity, the spark of intellect in the electromagnetic field. EQ, or emotional intelligence, stems from the heart and helps us connect with others by understanding and managing emotions. But Soul Intelligence® is the ability to tap into the eternal, divine part of ourselves, the inner knowing that guides us beyond intellect and emotion. To access this, we must quiet the mind and go into the body, using it as a barometer for our subconscious mind. Soul Intelligence® is about hearing that inner spark clearly and allowing it to guide our choices and alignment.

What are the signs that someone’s Soul Intelligence® is offline?

The body is always talking to us. Physical discomfort is often the first sign that energy is blocked and trying to get our attention. For example, a pain in the neck may represent inflexibility in relationships, while an entrepreneur struggling to attract clients might be experiencing an energetic block to abundance. Misalignment shows up both in our health and in external circumstances, and the body serves as a messenger pointing us toward what needs healing.

What happens during a Soul Intelligence® session?

A session is very simple… all you need to do is show up, even virtually on Zoom, and receive. I create a sacred space to ensure that any released energy moves up and out, transmuted into love and light rather than attaching elsewhere. Using a pendulum and charts, I identify the root causes of what is misaligned for someone’s highest good. Once the blocked energy is cleared, clients often feel immediate shifts—physically, emotionally, and mentally. The beauty of this work is that it can be done from anywhere, proving that energy truly transcends distance.

Can you share another case study?

Yes, one of my most memorable cases involved an MD who could barely walk because of severe pain in her foot. She had been struggling for months, even crawling to the bathroom, and nothing seemed to help. During our session, I discovered she was entangled in a stressful legal battle with male contractors, and her right foot pain symbolized being unable to move forward. We cleared the stuck energy, and the very next morning, she was walking again and even reported her lingering cold had lifted. It was a remarkable example of how our body mirrors our life situations.

How do you respond to skeptics?

I always explain that Soul Intelligence® is rooted in science. Quantum physics teaches us that everything is energy, and Einstein said the future of medicine lies in vibration and frequency. Today, sound waves are even used to shrink cancer cells. I also measure results using Dr. David Hawkins’ scale of consciousness, which provides tangible evidence of energetic shifts. This work isn’t mystical; it’s measurable, and it brings profound results.

Where does the body store emotional debt?

Emotional and energetic debt can be stored anywhere in the body. For example, the stomach often holds unprocessed emotions, which explains why so many people experience gut issues like IBS. Our solar plexus, located in the stomach area, is tied to self-esteem and how we show up in the world. When emotions aren’t processed, they become trapped and cause dysfunction. That’s why addressing both the physical and emotional aspects is so important to achieve lasting healing.

What practices keep energy systems clear?

Keeping your energy clear starts with limiting toxicity. That means paying attention not just to what you eat, but also what you read, watch, and listen to, as well as the people you surround yourself with. Support your body with nourishing food, regular movement, restorative sleep, and spiritual practices like prayer, meditation, and journaling. Nature is also a profound healer—something as simple as walking barefoot on the grass or listening to the ocean waves can reset your energy. These simple yet powerful practices keep your system charged and aligned.

Tell us about your book.

My book is called Healing Through Soul Intelligence®. In it, I share my personal journey, the science behind the method, and numerous case studies from both clients and doctors I’ve worked with. A triple board-certified MD wrote the foreword, which was such an honor. The book is available on Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Audible, and other platforms. It’s also been named Book of the Year by Best Holistic Life magazine and is an LA Tribune bestseller. I’m currently working on my next book, A Daily Dose of Soul Intelligence®, which will serve as a daily reader with quotes, journal prompts, and inspired actions.

You’re also part of a film project?

Yes! I am part of a documentary film called The Pillars of Power, which will premiere in 2026. It’s a celebration of transformation, marking the 20th anniversary of The Secret. The film brings together pioneers like Dr. Joe Vitale, John Assaraf, and Marie Diamond, alongside modern transformational leaders like myself. It’s an incredible honor to contribute to this legacy and to share the message of Soul Intelligence® with a global audience.

Do you integrate with conventional medicine?

Absolutely. I see healing as a spectrum where all approaches have value. Conventional medicine and surgery are essential in emergencies, but energy work, nutraceuticals, and lifestyle changes help people heal holistically. For example, therapy can release stored trauma through expression, while energy work helps move those emotions out of the body completely. Combining approaches allows people to heal wholly and completely.

Why do you spell disease as “dis-ease”?

I spell it that way to remind people that illness often begins as unease or dissonance in frequency. When energy gets trapped and pools, it creates disharmony in the body. By the time symptoms appear physically, the energy has often been stuck for quite some time. Viewing it this way helps people understand what their body is really trying to communicate.

What patterns do you see most in chronic conditions?

Fear, shame, abandonment, and beliefs of not being enough are very common. These repetitive thoughts solidify into beliefs that shape how we see ourselves and the world, often leading to burnout and illness. Many people neglect themselves while overgiving to others, which only deepens the cycle. One of the most important lessons I share is that self-care is not selfish… It’s sacred. Healing ourselves not only restores our health but also ripples out to others through the butterfly effect, impacting collective consciousness.

How can someone start tracing their symptoms back to energy?

I recommend resources like Does Your Body Lie? and The Secret Language of Your Body for those who want to begin exploring the energetic roots of their symptoms. Both offer valuable insights and can guide people in making connections between physical conditions and energetic causes. I also list these references in the back of my book for anyone who wants to go deeper into the practice of self-discovery and healing. Having these tools empowers people to start listening to their bodies more intentionally.

What simple things can people do at home?

Start with just 15 minutes of peace each day… whether it’s journaling, prayer, meditation, or a quiet walk in nature. I also offer free guided meditations and tools like My Sacred Soul Script on my website to help people get started. Beyond that, make small lifestyle changes: improve nutrition, get enough sleep, move your body daily, and ground yourself in nature. Even something as simple as going barefoot in the grass can reset your energy. It’s about consistency and developing daily practices that keep you aligned.

Can you share a final message with our readers?

Yes, I would love to. Please remember that everything is energy, and when energy stops moving, it causes dis-ease. Keep your energy flowing and make self-care a priority, because it truly is sacred. Healing yourself not only transforms your life but also has a ripple effect on the people and the world around you. We all have the power to choose healing and alignment every single day.

How can our readers further follow your work online?

You can find me at soulintelligencemethod.com, where I share resources, upcoming events, and free monthly group sessions. My book Healing Through Soul Intelligence® is available worldwide, and my next book will be released soon. I would be honored to connect with readers who feel called to explore this work further.
