IMAGINE YOUR IDEAL AVERAGE DAY.

What are you doing, who are you with, and how are you spending your precious time and energy?

What are you feeling?

These questions aren’t meant to be fluffy—they are deeply important to consider as we reach for more of what we really want in our lives.

When we focus our energy on desiring something else but we fail to get specific in our declaration of exactly what that IS, we leave open space for fear to settle in instead. The consequence of this is that we remain stuck — far from clarity and far from manifesting our desires.

WHY VISUALIZE THE IDEAL AVERAGE DAY?

We have more average days in life than mountain-top moments. Yet if we aren’t living our ideal average, we will crave one mountain-top moment after another, remaining in an endless cycle of waiting for the weekend, the next adventure, the next aha-moment, or the next retreat from life in order to re-energize for day-to-day life again.

THERE IS ANOTHER WAY. A COURAGEOUS WAY.

What would it feel like if you didn’t have to wait for the weekend to love what you do? What would it feel like if you dropped the cycle and created a life you loved?  You hustled less and stepped into flow.

You begin to spend your time and focus where it matters. You clarify what’s important in your values, habits, and actions. You let the rest go. You release outdated narratives and beliefs weighing you down. You start showing up as you really are — in work and play. You start making decisions about how you work, lead, live, and love from a place of conviction over convenience.

You start taking action as the true caretaker of your dream, the one who was entrusted to bring it into reality. You learn how to look fear directly in the eye and choose courage anyway. Ask yourself:

WHAT WOULD THIS LIFE FEEL LIKE TO YOU?

COURAGE BEGINS WITH ONE FIRST STEP.

Take one step this week, friend. Just one courageous step toward what you desire. See what happens within you and for you.
