There is this song that I always love to listen to when I wake up in the morning. It’s called A New Day Has Come by Celine Dion. A timeless hit if I may add. What I love about the song is that it gives me new motivation to tackle the day. I know, it’s weird to be getting motivation from music but that’s what I love about music; it moves you in ways you can’t comprehend.

There are many ways to start off your day. You might kick things off with some form of meditation. Others begin their day by going to the gym while others begin with a morning jog. I, personally begin my day by writing an article and listen to Celine Dion. She has a lovely voice, doesn’t she?

All I’m trying to say is that how you start your day is crucial. It determines how the rest of the day is going to be like. Trust me, I know. I used to work as an intern for some company and I did an experiment of how my day will look like depending on how I started it. Whenever I woke up grumpy, my day turned out to be grumpy as well. When I decided to begin my day singing in the shower and telling myself in the mirror that I look breathtaking, things always turned out well for me.

Of course, how you wake up sometimes is out of your control. You really want to wake up full of joy and readiness to start your day but your body says otherwise. I wouldn’t recommend pushing yourself because that would make the morning routine sound like a chore. Whenever you feel low, it is recommended to remind yourself why you wake up every morning. Try to think of the accomplishments you have had because of starting your day right. You will feel better in no time.

In this modern world where our minds are busy preoccupied with thousands of tasks every day, how you begin your day is important. I believe it is the key to having the best days of your life. What about you guys? Do you feel the same way? Let me know in the comments.
