How do you set boundaries in your personal and professional life?
What are you putting up with in life right now?
Is there anything showing up in your personal or professional life that is just not sitting right with you?

What are you willing to do about it?

Ask yourself honestly….
Am I being taking for a fool here?

Boundaries are like a physical barrier and energy field that protects us so we can do our best work.

In the past two years, I have learned more about the importance of boundaries and what I am prepared to tolerate from myself and others in my personal and professional life than I have in my entire adult life.I used to keep adjusting my boundaries to fit each relationship.

Now I understand that boundaries are about your relationship with yourself and your own values.
They maintain your emotional well-being and personal integrity.

Remember….

“You get treated in life the way you teach people to treat you.”

Set healthy boundaries and know what you are tolerating from yourself and others.

Here are five questions to consider asking yourself today.

1.What are you tolerating right now?
2.Why are you putting up with it?
3.The honest truth as to why you are prepared to tolerate it?
4. The cost to you and others if this doesn’t change?
5. What change is needed?
