My top 12 tips for getting the most out of life.

The french philosopher Rene’ Descartes famously said, “I think therefore I am”— he didn’t say, “I’m busy therefore I am!

Over 100 years ago, Henry Ford observed that it was a distinct and observable part of the human condition to, “rush too much with nervous hands and a worried mind”.

To his way of thinking back then we were all intrinsically impatient — hard-wired to go-get — and he believed that someday we would come to know enough about human intelligence and the realm of the Spirit to create a deeper and more considered understanding of who and what we were and why we do what we do.

We mustn’t let busyness get in the way. We need to get less busy, appreciating and understanding in the present moment, rather than being continually driven to do!
