A journey of self-discovery

Doing yoga daily has taught me a lot. To me, it is all about discovering who I am as an individual, knowing what my mind and body is telling me.

Taking part in a monthly challenge has helped me to stay up to date on my practices, being disciplined and aware of my thoughts.

Mindfulness is having a connection of your inner body.

Sometimes, yoga can be hard to the point where I gave up. On other days, the practice speaks to my soul and I become calmer and free from anxious thoughts.

Yoga has given me strength and increased flexibility as I do the workouts each day. It is great exercise for me and do not have plans on stopping.

It has brought me a new-found ability to be confident and powerful.
