Thank you so much for joining us! Can you tell us a story about what brought you to start your initiative on providing people with knowledge surrounding their eating habits and consumption of nutrition?

As a decade long nutritionist I found out that most people don’t have the right knowledge, so they have a difficult diet or temporarily get driven by biased information. Which ultimately results in spending money they do n’t need to spend. As a person who’s a profession is to educate people to have a better and healthier lifestyle, it was painful for me to just sit down and observe so I have decided to take this initiative of coaching and education in the health sector.

Because beauty is it only requires a little bit of study for people to be able to fully control their health status and everything around it.

Can you share the biggest challenges that you had to overcome since you started this initiative?

Many people think learning about health is not a fun topic and to be honest, it has been quite a struggle to penetrate the biased mindset in the industry. I oftentimes remind my students that it is okay to not put too much pressure on what food they want to eat. If a person feels like munching on a pizza or an ice cream for dinner, that is okay, it is not about being strict for the sake of it but rather the balance is something to pay more attention to. 

What advice would you have for people who want to be more health-conscious?

Definitely to consume more quality protein as part of their eating habits.

How do you think that your consultancy will make a huge difference in people’s lives?

By increasing knowledge of each individual, I believe people will be able to naturally control their appetite and to follow quality eating habits without any struggle of following the routine.

Can you share with us a personal story of an emotional struggle?

I have had an experience where some students were misrepresenting their meal reports because they were concerned about being advised not to eat. And because this undermines the commitment of both parties and our goal of rethinking consumption habits, it was a bit of a struggle when this happened.

What are your future plans?

I am focused on the goal of encouraging more people to acquire the right knowledge to the point they could graduate from my coaching and take charge of their healthy lifestyle, with gratitude towards every meal they choose to consume and ultimately enjoy what they choose to do and do this to the fullest. That is my goal and my strong wish
