With the recent passing of Women’s Equality Day, I took the opportunity to speak with some incredible women on their motivation, inspiration, and how they feel about Women’s equality thus far.

Business coach and entrepreneur Sabrina Philipp gives great insight on what equality means to her, and how she supports other women.

What does equality mean to you?
To me, equality means the full expression of one’s freedom.

Who are some women that inspire you?
Hillary Clinton, Jacinda Ardern, and Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

What are some ways that women can show support to one another every day?
We need to remember that another woman’s win is not your loss. Clap loudly for all women everywhere, and be protective of each other’s dreams and ambitions.

How are you celebrating Women’s Equality Day?
I am currently in Florence, Italy so I’ll pop a bottle of Prosecco and say cheers to my self-funded million-dollar business that has provided jobs for over a dozen women around the world.

What do you love most about being a woman?
My intuition.

How do you spread girl power?

Through my business; my mission is to empower women through entrepreneurship and get money in their hands. I own a business that has taught thousands of women around the world how to start and scale online businesses. In the last five months, we’ve helped three women have their first $100k cash months in their businesses, putting them on the fast-track to becoming self-made millionaires.

What are some of your favorite woman-owned brands?
Zimmermann, Lawless, and Tory Burch.

What does the future of women’s equality look like to you?
Around the world, women are fighting for important and critical legal protections for their livelihoods, bodies, and legal rights. This work is so important, but even in a future world with full legal and economic equality, we would still be threatened without social equality.

As long as women are believed to be less than, there will be those who seek to roll back our rights and assert their power. It’s up to us to raise a generation of conscious, considerate, and self-aware people who will respect others, their boundaries, and their rights.

What advice do you have for other female entrepreneurs?
Your femininity is not a weakness, it’s your secret weapon.
