    Certified Mindfulness Meditation & Stress Reduction Teacher

    Ms. D’Angelo studied at Rutgers University where she earned her BA in Psychology and is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Mindfulness Studies from Lesley University. She has over 2400 hours of teaching contemplative practices as a Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher and Yoga Alliance Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher 200(E-RYT).  She holds the designation YACEP, Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider, and an NJ License in Massage and Bodywork Therapy.

    Ms. D’Angelo has had the benefit of world-class education, teachers and mentors. Her mind-body training includes over twelve hundred hours of Yoga, Meditation, Anatomy, Physiology, Energy Medicine, and Energy Psychology. Her training includes Mindfulness Meditation teacher training through the Awareness Training Institute, from the University of California Berkley's Greater Good Science Center with world-renowned teachers Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach. Her mentors and advisors include Oren Jay Sofer, Sean Fargo, and Trime Lhamo and Andrew Olendzki.  Yoga pioneers Shiva Rea and Larry Payne and many others along the way.

    She is the founder of the Mindfulness Community of NJ in the Princeton area.   The group is free to join and meets online to practice mindfulness and share resources. A Youtube content creator and founder of Stress Reduction TV- a channel to help bring stress reduction into our daily routines through experiential practices and education.  She is the founder and CEO of a place for people to learn about the habits of their mind and body.
