Maybe for a short amount of time COVID-19 has forced the companies to manage their employees to work from home. At first sight, this may seem odd but we can also learn that productivity and work-life balance gaps could be minimized under pressure. Google, Microsoft, Twitter, Apple, Amazon, Spotify all these big companies rolled out work from home policy amid the spread of COVID-19.

COVID-19 has been officially categorized by the World health organization (WHO) as a pandemic. Many schools, colleges, and universities have stopped working. This epic pandemic has raised the question that there will be a need for infrastructure and policy needed for remote workers in the future.
