Have you seen this movie before?

You wake up one day and with a burst of inspiration on an idea for your life and decide to set some BIG goals … goals that you feel really good about. You feel the eagerness to succeed and start working on your dream ASAP. Then, a few weeks fly by and you begin to lose your momentum another case of {fml}— then, in the blink of an eye, it’s been a year … and your results still haven’t changed.

You wonder what happened to that spark? The dream? The goal? The eagerness to succeed? What’s become of it all?

What you’re probably not even aware of is ‘why you didn’t follow through with what you intended to accomplish this year?’ Instead of figuring out the answer to that question, you begin to doubt your own ability and wonder if you’ve got what it takes to become a success.

The short answer is you still got it.

You see, all throughout history to today, all great philosophers, avatars, and leaders have disagreed on many many many things with the exception of this one point: we BECOME what we THINK about.

Why you didn’t follow through comes down to this; ignorance {sorry guys, but yea the truth will set you free}; not knowing how to change the same old results that you don’t want anymore.

What d’ya say we get Know-ing and give success another shot?

THINK RICH

It’s absolutely essential that you think and decide what it is that you want to achieve. Write out what you want. If you fail to determine what you want to achieve, you won’t have a clear destination in mind.

Without a clear destination, you’ve got no direction of where you’re heading, so, you’re just wandering aimlessly.

Example: I want to become a Millionaire. Destination: Millionaire

Your Turn.

Write your goal of what you want to achieve to create your new destination.

I want to become______________________________________.

Destination___________________________________________.

PICTURE RICH

You see, if you want to improve your health, wealth, happiness, and relationships — you’re going to HAVE to improve your self-image … there’s simply no way around it.- Bob Proctor

Did you know that the “mental” self-image you have of yourself determines what you believe you can accomplish? Science and Psychology have isolated that the one prime cause for success and failure in life is hidden in the self-image you have of yourself.

According, to Maxwell Maltz, author of Psycho-Cybernetics believed that self-image is the cornerstone of all the changes that take place in a person and if one’s self-image is unhealthy or faulty — all of his or her efforts will end in failure.

Let’s say you picture yourself in your mind as not worthy, poor, a failure, overweight, the results in your life will be a direct reflection of your self-image. Any time you try to deviate from that “mental” self-image you build of yourself, your mind’s job is programmed to make sure that you match it perfectly and will bring you back to the same state of how you perceive yourself to be.

This explains why you might get temporary results like losing a few pounds but gaining them back, short burst of success and then struggle financially, feel good for some time and then feel bad again and so on because you’re still stuck in that old self-image of yourself.

To change the “mental” self-image you have in your mind, you must create a new one. One that is in harmony and a reflection of who you want to become.

It’s really that simple.

You see, the image brings order, understanding, and direction to your mind because we think in Pictures. Although with so much noise going on in everyone’s life nowdays, it’s challenging for you “to hold on to” or “visualize” a new self-image for too long in your brain considering the average attention span of a human being today is less the one of a goldfish.

So now what?

YOU HAVE THE POWER TO CREATE IT.

As an established portrait photographer I’ve created a creative process that Re-Brand’s my client’s self-image with their vision of success.

That tangible Vision portrait captures their new self-image of who they’re becoming. They can instantly see their future self today, hold it, emotionally connect with it, move towards it to achieve it, faster.

Through this process, not only do they have the luxury to witness and track their own transformation as they become a match to their photograph, but it also produces lasting results.

Now, if your way is not working out for you, I challenge you to stop and try something that is proven to work and will give you the lasting results you’re seeking.

Here’s the same process that has accelerated my client’s success.

GOAL: Image of a Millionaire.

Google some Millionaires you admire, see what they look like, dress like, act like then model them and snap a picture of yourself “in the image of” the millionaire you wish to Become.

Keep your eye ever fixed upon that Vision Portrait, it’s your objective, your aim, your goal. Out of sight, Out of mind applies. I suggest to use that photo as a profile photo and posting it as your screen shot on your phone as a constant reminder of who you’re becoming.

Your Turn.

Snap a picture of yourself “in the image of” who you wish to Become. Keep your FOCUS on this new Higher image you’ve created of yourself to replace the lower “mental” one you have.

GROW RICH

Now that you can clearly see yourself in the image of a Millionaire, you’ve GOT to plot the course. Think of what you can do that will get you closer to your goal.

With so much focus on becoming a millionaire, you will start to get some inspired ideas of things to do that are aligned with your vision, don’t brush these ideas aside, ACT on them. You WILL accomplish this strategy by creating several short-term goals to keep you on course.

Example:

  1. Have a millionaire Makeover.

2. Read and learn more about successful Millionaires.

3. Attend workshops, seminars, fundraisers and network events to position yourself in proximity.

Your Turn.

List 3 things you can do that will get you closer to your goal.

  1. _________________________________________________________.
  2. _________________________________________________________.
  3. _________________________________________________________.

Oh ya, one last thingy.

I want to warn you that resistance will show up when you’re taking on this new persona. That old self-image might perk up and want to bring you back to your comfort zone. Keep this in mind: Airplanes would never get off the ground without resistance, so don’t fall in the same old “quitter” trap you fell in the last time. You already know the outcome, right?

Now, that I’ve given you the compass for success — you’re ready to fly.

I encourage you to give your dreams a shot to touch someone’s heart, to light up that spark, to leave your mark in this world by your unique contribution and inspire others to do the same. Remember not to take your gifts for granted, as you are the chosen one to serve the potential that only you have been given.

Are you willing to take off?

See you at the Top.
