Thrive Global is synonymous with health and well-being. It’s all about changing the way we work and live to avoid the burnout epidemic we’re dealing with.
Whether it’s the news on TV, our Facebook feeds or complaints from clients and bosses, we are bombarded with a huge dose of negative energy each day. It’s no wonder why so many people are feeling underappreciated and overstressed.
I like to fight fire with fire which is why to get myself in the right mindset ready to face the day ahead I look for positive material that inspires me. Here are some of my favorites.
Brendon Burchard’s YouTube Channel
Brendon is the man. He’s somewhat of a younger version of Tony Robbins with seemingly boundless energy. His zest for life really comes across in his videos and you can’t help but feel energized after listening to him speak. World-class in every aspect.
Marie Forleo’s MarieTV
Marie Forleo shares business advice in a hip, likeable, relevant, fun manner. She’s part fashion expert, part motivational speaker and a great source of inspiration for women and men alike.
Big ideas in short speeches. No heavy lifting. Just tons of inspirational stuff. Its tagline is “Ideas Worth Spreading” and guess what? They are.
Tim Ferriss’ Blog
Tim Ferriss interviews people from all walks of life. Actors, marketers, thought leaders, fitness trainers, doctors and the list goes on and on.
Darren Hardy’s Daily Mentoring
Productivity is what Darren Hardy is all about and when you sign up for his daily mentoring program, you get a short email in your inbox with a short video reminding us how to live with less stress and more meaning each day.
Jim Rohn’s Newsletter
One of Tony Robbins’ mentors that has some of the best one-liners out there. Full of deep meaning and powerful concepts. If you’re the thinking type, then sign up for his newsletter today (or better yet, pick up some of his audio programs, they’re mindblowing)
It might sound weird that as a guy I recommend a site whose motto is “Inspiring women.” It’s my experience that often times men tend to gravitate towards male speakers, but that means we’re missing out the other vital half. This site focuses on inspiring growth, education and all around goodness. What’s not to like.
Stressed? Rough day at the office? If you’re looking for a little pick me up and don’t have time to watch a video, you might want to check out this site.
