Mental illness is no joke. If your life has been affected due to this reason than you know what I am talking about. Whether it’s a family member or a close friend, you can’t ever disregard the fact that somebody is troubled and needs help.

What I’ve learned from personal experience is that having support from friends and family and various people who are close to you can really help.
