No matter what is your age, Stress is become part of every days life. It is a slow poison, which eats you every day and we dont know how to tackle with it.
So here i am sharing my personal favorite tips and tricks to tackle with stress. It works fine for me and really hope, it will work for you too.
Ultimate truth
Death is the ultimate truth of life. You are running towards the death from the day you were born. so it is ultimate and no one can deny it. in other words, sooner or later we all gonna die and leave this very earth.
which literally means, you have limited time on this earth. If this is the case then why are you afraid, why do you fear about your failures.
Dont shop online
I like shopping in an old fashion way, I like to touch and feel the product. It makes me happy and not only that I have made many friends in different stores. if possible try to buy from the local store and avoid giants such as walmartone or JCpenny. by this, you are pushing the growth of the small retailer.
Deep Breathing
Only 10 minutes of deep breathing can gives you miraculous result. It is known as Pranayama
Pranayama is the conscious awareness of breath: the life force that both energizes and relaxes the body. The term is derived from the Sanskrit, prana,meaning “life force,” and ayama, meaning“extension.” Pranayama is an integral part of yoga.
you dont need a guide or tutor to teach you deep breathing, One can refer youtube videos of some Indian yoga teachers such as Baba Ramdev, Sri Sri Ravi Shankar and many more. I personally prefer baba Ramdev.
