The pink city has given us a Human who is not just a model but a Role model to so many women out there who think that they are worth nothing, but Leena is an example to show the world that women were never behind anyone that they are always ahead & they can achieve anything that they want in life.
Well, where do we start from for this epitome of grace & humanity, a woman a wife a social worker, winner of several pageants, & now the new face of Rajasthan Leena Sharma?
The pink city has given us a Human who is not just a model but a Role model to so many women out there who think that they are worth nothing, but Leena is an example to show the world that women were never behind anyone that they are always ahead & they can achieve anything that they want in life.
Leena is a success story for the world to know. Though there is a long list of things that we must know about her let’s start with knowing five essential facts about her.
- Childhood – Hailing from the pink city of Rajasthan, Jaipur & born on 15th November 1986 in a traditional Marwari family a Girl with dreams in her eyes dedication & perseverance in mind didn’t know that she will make it so big not just for her city But also our country.
Leena is a modern yet traditional woman who starts her day with Sanskrit mantras, she completed her education in Bachelor’s of commerce from Rajasthan university & did her MBA from Delhi. - Marriage – Leena met the man of her dreams Arun Sharma & got married at an early age of 19! She managed her home beautifully like a proper Indian woman in a joint family. Even when the family had to go through some hard times because of business losses Leena never lost hope & started her professional life & became a real example of how one can handle both home & work. Today she is the proud mother of a son.
- Pageants – Leena has always been influenced by the rich culture of her city, so she decided to represent it & she started participating for pageants. Her first outing as a model was at Mrs India Rajasthan 2017 where she was the 1st runner up. After that she never looked back she won the titles of Mrs India gorgeous diva 2017 & Community Queen 2017 & also won the Mrs World Tourism Ambassador 2017 Award held in Manila, the Philippines where she competed with other beauties from 17 countries. This is how she has represented not just our country but womanhood as a whole. And to top it all she was dressed in Khaadi at the competition which won her accolades from all.
- Work life – for Leena it seems her work life is her love life. The passion with which this strong woman is working for our society is a thing to show the world. She operates her NGO ” Shree Shyam Seva Samiti”with the aim of woman empowerment & child welfare. She also operates “Aparajita Helpline – one-stop crisis management centre for a woman. She is also the director of Lakhi group, Jaipur & That’s not all, She aspires to do more & more work in future.
- Future endeavors – She appreciates our honorable PM Mr Narendra Modi’s efforts towards various causes. One being the “Beti Bachao beta padhao” campaign & she would like to be a part of such attacks where she gets an opportunity to do something for this noble cause. She also aspires to do more for Rajasthan tourism where she can promote her state as much as she can for its high heritage value & rich culture, not all she is a woman who strongly believes in fitness & hygiene & keeps educating women about it.
Phew! Hats off to this power lady for managing so many hats on her head & still being persistent in her efforts. Kudos to you Leena for doing such noble works are achieving so much & being so down to earth. There is a lot to learn from a woman like you.
