As a leadership coach and workshop facilitator, I offer private and group sessions, in a safe and sacred space. I guide teams and individuals through experiential learnings and exercises that address the symptoms and expressions of the mind and the body and lead you into your heart, where the truth of yourself and your gifts are revealed.
I am passionate about inspiring others and here to create positive lasting change. As a mentor and facilitator, I trust that the greatest value I can bring to any team, group, organization or individual is my own life experience, education, and practice using intuition and presence to access to my higher self.
My background has a range that is filled with all sorts of adventures. Currently, I work in the Corporate Media Industry, as a Creative Manager and Senior Video Editor. Additionally, I lead transformational workshops and leadership trainings. I moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in the film and entertainment industry where I became a prolific storyteller as a producer and editor. In 2003, I began my spiritual journey while taking a job in the Aerospace and Defense industry (who knew those two things would go together) which lead me to pursue my interests in organizational leadership. As I developed my skills as a manager, team leader, and facilitator, I also have been able to fulfill lifelong dreams of becoming a wife, a mother and a certified workshop facilitator. I enjoy teaching adults and kids about storytelling, leadership, self-responsibility, self-awareness, and LOVE and I hope to inspire you to be the greatest version of yourself!
