Barbara B. Spack of Edison, New Jersey, is currently the Young Judaea Hadassah Chair and has served Hadassah for over 40 years on the National level. She is a past National Vice President and served as the National Convention Co-Chair in New York City in 2007. Her prior portfolios include Chair of Marketing and Communication; Youth Aliyah/Children at Risk; Planning and Evaluation; Israel, Zionist and International Affairs; Jewish Education; and Leadership Development. As Hadassah Travel Chair, she led many Renaissance Missions to Israel and continues that today. Barbara is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Jewish National Fund, of the Board of Directors of the Greater Middlesex County Jewish Federation and the Jewish Community Center of Middlesex County as Development VP. In addition, she is also a regular Torah reader at Shabbat and festival services, sings in her synagogue choir, and leads services on Shabbat and High Holidays.
