Branislava’s perspective is shaped by a background in journalism, radio, and cultural studies, as well as years spent working with teams, navigating leadership responsibilities, and participating in decision-making processes. Having studied cultural theory and languages, she is particularly attentive to how words shape power, belonging, and understanding—both in workplaces and in wider society. She approaches writing as a form of inquiry rather than instruction, exploring a long-standing interest in how language frames reality, limits imagination, and shapes what feels possible.
