César Gamio is an author, speaker, workplace wellbeing consultant, executive coach and adjunct professor at IE Business School. After 15 years in executive leadership roles with Fortune 500 technology and communications companies, he founded the Dharma Centre for Workplace Wellbeing, an international consultancy helping organisations strengthen leadership, human performance and psychological health and safety.
A British Standards Institution (BSI) Associate Consultant for ISO 45003, the global standard for psychological health and safety at work, César has spent the past decade working with leaders and organisations around the world. He is the author of the forthcoming book Leading in the Modern World: How to Lead, Adapt and Thrive in an AI-Enabled Workplace, publishing on 27 January 2027.
