I am a Professional Certified Coach (member of the International Coach Federation), and I help people and companies finding a healthy, happy and regenerative way to live on this planet, in sinergy with nature. I'm the author of the book "L'Albero della Musica" (Italian Edition) and the founder of the Nature Coaching Academy, where I teach how to do coaching in connection with nature.
My mission is to enable the organic growth of people and companies, for a better future for all living beings on this planet “which is ours, but not ours alone” (Janine Benyus, founder of the Biomimicry Institute).
I work with groups since the year 2000, facilitating over 25.000 people in over 1.500 experiences so far.
My main fields of experience are leadership and teamship development, talent orientation, philosophy building, resiliency and community building.
My passion is to design programmes where people can discover and unleash their own nature, nurturing their vitality while sustaining the life forces of their relational ecosystem.
I do this either through 1-1 coaching, small group courses and experiential learning paths for organisations in any field.
The experiences I design for people and companies integrate the main fields of my studies: philosophy, anthropology, neuroscience, biomimicry, systems thinking, nature connection, somatic intelligence, zen and mindfulness practices.
Strong ethics, enthusiasm, listening and a sunny personality are my most visible powers.
