Dr Aric Prather is a Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at the University ofCalifornia, San Francisco and author of “The Sleep Prescription”. He conducts research aroundstress, sleep, how the two are related to each other, and the impacts on our body, our immune system and our ability to cope with stress when we don't get enough sleep.
