Elizabeth R. Ricker is an MIT- and Harvard-trained brain researcher and the award-winning author of BRAIN: An Owner’s Guide (DK/Penguin Random House) and SMARTER TOMORROW: How 15 Minutes of Neurohacking a Day Can Help You Work Better, Think Faster, and Get More Done (Little, Brown Spark/Hachette, 2021). Ricker also runs two neuroscience-focused organizations: Ricker Labs and Neuroeducate. Her work has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Fast Company, Psychology Today, The Hindu (India), Stylist (UK), Red (UK), and public broadcast TV in Europe. Her first book, Smarter Tomorrow, was the winner of a 2022 international Nautilus Book Award in science and cosmology.
