Ian Pyka, MS, is the founder and managing partner of Boca Cryo, a comprehensive wellness company located in Boca Raton, Florida that utilizes Cryotherapy (Cold Air Therapy), along with other state-of-the-art technologies, to enhance general wellness and improve recovery.
A 3-time NCAA Track and Field All-America and alternate on the 1980 US Olympic Track and Field Team (shot put), Ian has worked in the strength and conditioning field his entire career. Most notably, he served as Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for the New England Patriots (NFL) and the Florida Panthers (NHL).
