Juliana is a Principal Customer Success Manager at Thrive. Prior to joining Thrive, Juliana spent a couple of years doing special events and development for her alma mater, the University of Virginia, and over 4 years in talent development and HR consulting for Fortune 500 organizations. Originally from Cali, Colombia, Juliana loves going to work every day knowing that Thrive's technology is improving people's lives. She currently resides in Brooklyn with her partner and dog Remy and holds a BA in Anthropology and Master's of Leadership & Public Policy from the University of Virginia as well as a Master of Science in Organizational Change Management from The New School.
