Since founding the startup in 2017, which is now backed by the major investors behind Glossier, Warby Parker, and Away, Justin and Alex have dedicated much of their time to the company's fast growth. The best part about the two founders - they're husband and wife. While they've committed to creating boundaries around work and life, they also joke that HENRY is their first child that they're raising together.
