Katherine Marshall Woods, Psy.D. is a licensed clinical psychologist providing psychotherapy, psychological assessments and consultation in Washington, DC. She holds interest in the intersection between psychology and film, where she has contributed blogs for The Huffington Post, the former American Psychological Association’s PsycCRITIQUES, currently blogs with Thrive Global and Medium within this arena and is the author of Best Psychology in Film. She is also a faculty member of the Washington School of Psychiatry, teaching clinical supervision skills for mental health professionals. Lastly, Dr. Marshall Woods has over a decade of experience supervising clinical work and provides services with the Chinese American Psychoanalytic Alliance, supervising mental health practitioners providing services in China.
