Kathleen is a fully qualified and registered psychotherapist, executive coach, qualified corporate mediator, author and advisor and an accredited member of both the UKCP, BACP and CMC. Following a 25-year media career as both an entrepreneur, Global CMO and C-Suite Talent Agent on the boards of media firms ranging from Sky Television and Omnicom, Kathleen trained in Psychotherapy and Counselling at Regents University and continued a further 5 years of study in Integrative and Humanistic psychotherapy and supervision at the renowned CCPE in London. She subsequently undertook additional training in Trauma, Complex Trauma, Constellation Dynamics and Disfunction, Internal Family Systems, Anxiety, Narcissism, Couples Therapy, Hoarding, ADHD, Sexual Abuse, Borderline Personality Disorder and Suicide over recent years, offering Trauma-Informed and Corporate therapy as specialisms and has an active psychoeducation social media channel now with over 50,000 followers called ClinicwithK. Over the last 10 years Kathleen has practiced at The Grove, The Priory and for the British Performing Arts in Medicine organizations and in 2016 she co-founded her own clinical practice called Psyched Ventures in London and NYC. Psyched offers both individual psychotherapy for high performers and those in the public eye, as well as leading corporate executive psychology consulting for businesses ranging from Amazon to Pinterest, including transformational leadership facilitation and retreats in the South of France and New York. Kathleen has written and published research and spoken on her unique blend of business, performance and mental health across the last 10 years and she is also a regular columnist for Stylist Magazine on the topic of leadership and psychology. Her first clinical book “My Parent the Peacock” will be released by Hachette in late September 2025, with her second book “Endless” focused on Narcissistic Abuse within relationships in early 2026. She is proudly a Trustee on the board of the NSPCC, a Fellow of The Marketing Society, and a regular contributor for Speakers for Schools.
