I am the CEO and founder of Rooted Sparrow Brand. Design. Market. - I have loved the creatives since before I can remember first blossoming in the figure skating world at the age of two where I spent 17 years training in a cold ice rink. During my off time, I spent my days reading, writing, designing, and drawing. After a heartbreaking retirement due to three hip surgeries and a back fusion, I found myself back at my roots redefining the path for the rest of my life; landing me right back into the creatives. After taking a class at the Art Institute in photography I thought “what a great way to create and make money” and that was how my business began and has continued to evolve. Now eight years later, four kids, a Bachelors Degree in Design, a Masters Degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology, and currently in my Doctoral Program with a focus in Innovation and Leadership; I have continued to grow, advance, and find a passion for writing and sharing my knowledge and expertise to inspire and encourage others to find their own passions and advance their own levels of leadership and knowledge.
