Pinar Kip is the executive vice president at State Street. She is also the global head of Talent Marketplace – the organization’s innovative approach to talent management and internal mobility by allowing employees to access new roles, skills and opportunities, and achieving greater diversity at all levels.Previously, Pinar held various leadership roles across the organization including leading Client Delivery Management, Global Delivery Transformation and Change, Global Custody Operations, Global Location Strategy and Globalization, Global Strategic Operations, Restructuring and Change.Within State Street, Pinar serves as the executive sponsor of the company’s Leadership Development Program and the New York Professional Women’s Network. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation, All in Together and Partnership with Children.Prior to State Street, Pinar was a management consultant with Booz & Company, serving the financial services industry and was a leader in the firm’s global transformation business. She also worked at Bank of America’s Global Structured Finance division.Pinar attended Massachusetts Institute of Technology and received two Bachelor of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science and Management Science with a minor in Economics. She also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School.
