Rachael K. Hannah was born and raised in the Bronx, New York. From an early age, Rachael fell in love with books, art, and games of imagination. She could often be found with her nose buried in a book, painting "masterpieces" on her favorite easel, or creating short stories of her own.
Rachael released Painting Sage in May 2017. The story centers around Sage, a fifteen-year-old girl with bipolar disorder, and the journey she and her family undertake as they come to terms with Sage's illness. Rachael’s second novel, Magnolia’s Violet, was released in February 2019.
