In 2013, I was in my mid 40s and miserable. I self medicated and bought things and vacations to keep me distracted when I wasn’t working, and worked hard when I was, but the misery accumulated with the years. If I didn’t change, something bad was going to happen. I spent the next three years trying every available solution on the market, and while there was a suicide attempt, I was able to use it to develop a method to protect me against the second attempt.The method worked, but it had an unintended consequence, and at 9.36 am, Thursday, November 17th, 2016, I had an epiphany, and in that moment, the misery, along with the voice in my mind, evaporated, and I was at peace.
