Stephanie is a tenured beauty industry executive today serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer of L’Oréal USA in New York City and an adjunct professor of management communication in the graduate business program at the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) where she is also a member of the program’s Industry Advisory Board. She has been featured as a speaker at several colleges and universities including The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and Harvard Business School.
