It’s great to have you here. Can you please tell us more about yourself and what you do?
“My name is Sedar Juarez. I bring 19 years of experience in Real Estate and have consistently gained recognition and awards as a top-performing agent. I help clients to buy and sell homes while keeping in mind both their immediate and long-term goals. My underlying philosophy of ‘service first’ means that my clients’ needs are paramount. I work diligently to understand each client’s goals and always exemplify trust, transparency, and integrity. I use my unique negotiating insights to advocate for my clients tirelessly. I work closely with buyers and sellers to educate and inform them at every step of the transaction focusing on current knowledge within the housing market. My focus is to build and maintain relationships with my clients for years to come.”
Sedar added, “I have been a Bay Area resident for most of my life. I am a wife and mother to two amazing young adults. When I’m not working, I’m spending quality time with family, serving in my church as well as participating in Bible Studies. Some of my passions include fitness, animals, and painting. “I service multiple counties in the Bay area. It has something for everyone! It’s been my home for the last 31 years, and I love it. The food is amazing, the ocean is just around the corner, there are hills and valleys and beauty in each”.

The Bay Area has one of the highest graduation rates in the nation; 41% of the occupants have a minimum of their bachelor’s degree. The climate of Bay Areas is pleasant as the area experiences more sun during the year. The Bay Area has some of the best public and private transport you can find.”
Do you work with a specific type of client or within a specific niche?
“I specialize in Move-up buyers and sellers. These are homeowners who might be downsizing or upgrading to a bigger home. I also specialize in Residential sales and investments.”
How is the market performing right now? Is it the right time to acquire your services?
“The market is definitely HOT! We are receiving multiple offers on our listings. Our buyers are getting into contracts and beating out multiple offer situations. With our experience, knowledge of the local market, and our winning strategies, we are helping our clients achieve their dreams.”
Tell us a little about your personal life? Ex: who do you live with? What are your hobbies? Do you have any pets? Etc.
“I am married to the love of my life Alex. I believe God put us together. We have three adult children. The boys are moved out, and our daughter lives with us, and she is my Executive Assistant. We have two dogs. Guapo, a Pitbull, and a chihuahua terrier mix, her name is money. We go to church every Sunday and love having God in our lives.”
