If we want to change the mindset of people through cultural diversity we must first try to have all community members together, they learn about each other culture and heritage of each tribe and nation. each country should have a cultural centre for the exchange of culture and tradition. people will go there and learn a lot about culture and tradition. you should not stop the people in there traditional belief like in Africa we have different indigenous belief in most countries. the government need to give them right in policy making each country and the should stop promoting tribalism because it affects a country.they should educate people the effect of tribalism and if it continues in a country it will destroy a nation and the economy
