A friend posted in our group chat she’s just received a surprise bonus. About $600. She wants some ideas what to do besides leaving it in the bank. Short trip in Asia? A watch? A bag? Not enough for that Chanel bag. Shoes? Blue-chip shares? No and no.
I said why not donate it? Instead of spending on things we don’t really need and have too much of anyway, why not choose a charity that is close to your heart that means something.
My friend went shopping for a charity instead.
