Night walks in Riga are a common attraction for both locals and visitors to the capital of Latvian archipelago of Zadar. It is called “Zadar” in Latvian, the name of the place where the city is situated. The archipelago was discovered by mariners in 1490, while they were sailing along the Gulf of Sterevoy in search for a new hunting ground. From there, they found a series of beautiful islands that are today known as the Zadar archipelago. There are many fascinating sights to be seen in this archipelago such as the famous Glass Museum, the National Museum, the Grain Mill, etc.
