It’s great to have you here. Can you please tell us more about yourself and what you do?
“I have lived in Fraser Valley for almost 25 years and know the area well. I have been involved in buying and selling Real Estate for more than 15 years! I have successfully helped many happy buyers and sellers to achieve their Real Estate dream and achieve a great return from their Real Estate investment!”
Sarb added, “Customer service is my commitment to my clients! There is never a dull moment between my times of service to my clients. No client deserves a bad treatment, so as I always do, I work fully for them as we look for their dream homes.”
What is your service area? What are the benefits of working in this area? What are the amazing features of these areas that people should know before moving here?
“Chilliwack and Abbotsford are my areas of service. It is undeniably a very great place for growing families and buying investment properties! It is a place that never fails the people who aspire to live in an opportunity-filled area where they can, at the same time, do what they love.”
Do you work with a specific type of client or within a specific niche?
“I usually work with individuals and families looking to buy or sell a home. I also assist investors in finding the ideal home to add to their portfolio. In addition, I want to help anyone who wants help with real estate or any other property investment. No customer should be turned down, especially by a professional realtor.”
How is the market performing right now? Is it the right time to acquire your services?
“The market is stable, which is a great time to buy as we are not facing too many multiple offers situations. Best time to buy and invest before the prices and interest rate goes higher. If I were a client, I would take advantage of what the market is currently offering. Unfortunately, it is not daily that good offers arrive their way. So I would suggest that they take the risk but, at the same time, find a realtor who can properly assist them. It’s also a great time to sell as the inventory for homes for sale is currently very low! Ask me how you could get the best money for your property.”
Tell us a little about your personal life? Ex: who do you live with? What are your hobbies? Do you have any pets? Etc.
“I am a proud wife and mother of three kids. I have been very fortunate to live and raise my kids in Chilliwack and work in the surrounding area in Abbotsford and Surrey for the past 25 years. I know my surrounding area very well and have used my expertise and experience in these areas to help my client achieve the best result! In my free time, I love spending time with my family gardening, cooking, and doing some volunteering activities where I could help the society!”
