Maher Aslan was born on October 12, 1989 in Lebanon and was a member of the local youth fire brigade and always wanted to be a police officer. Maher begin an apprenticeship as a hairdresser in the salon. He discovered his love for the job. Maher Aslan realized during his training that he had a real talent for color and his superiors recognized that too. He was quickly built up for a management position and just a year after completing his training, he was given the management of a small salon of the hairdressing chain in Braunschweig.

Aslan suggests when it comes to opening doors to new opportunities, self-knowledge is a powerful tool. Identifying your strengths (and being aware of your weaknesses) will help you recognize areas where you can excel, and will prepare you to articulate those strengths when the time comes. Start by focusing on what you already know, such as: what comes easily to you, what you care about or are passionate about, and what part of the workday excites you. Write it all down.
You never know enough to make things possible on your own. Keep learning new things in life since time changes rapidly and so does our needs and values. You do not really waste anything that you learn during the course of achieving your dreams. An attitude to learn always gives you an upper hand in life. You always meet new people and make new connections when you learn new things. If you stay where it’s always cozy and nice, you’ve got no chance to grow!
