The year is finally coming to an end. And there are those 2018 resolutions that you made in the beginning of the year but you find that you might not have achieved all of them. And this kind of makes you stressed out as you ponder over how you are going to have a happy holiday without being depressed over what you have not achieved.

  1. Forgive yourself

Even the most efficient people have faults. And since you are not any different, forgive yourself if you did not achieve all that you had planned for 2018.

2. Involve family in your holiday

You really need to put your family in your holiday plans otherwise things are not going to be smooth.

3. Remember work and January

Though you are going on a holiday, you cannot afford to ignore January. One thing that my boss does since she is in charge of staff training is that she records some easy webinar so that we can learn from her even when she is away. The webinars are intuitive, easy to follow and great in putting the company forward.

4. Organize ahead

Rather than pack everything on the same day when you travel, pack ahead and also do a reconnaisance on the place you are visiting so that you know it before and have ample time to get everything you will need.

5. Do not spend more than you meant

One thing that stresses most people is spending too much on the christmas holiday without remembering that there is life even after the event. So the best thing is to spend wisely since other things are still coming.
