Corona-virus called for all fitness centers, parks and hospitals around the country to be shut down. People maintain a social distance from public health facilities, which ensures that they live miles away. They were all elegant potatoes, curling with a bag of crisp and soda on the sofa – content to take time to watch TV shows. Although it’s an illusion for certain people, long-term laziness and a sedentary lifestyle may negatively influence our well-being and trigger unnecessary weight gain and long-term medical problems.
The truth is, we don’t need fitness centers and parks. Aerobic exercises of at least 30 minutes a day and vigorous exercises on at least two days a week are enough to keep them healthy. According to the WHO, containment blues will be better than the 75 to 150 minutes of low to high intensity exercise.
Staff members’ wellbeing very personally and even before federal containment orders are given our fitness-centered organization worked hard to ensure our workers can recover on time from the workplace. We also created a wellness guide to help workers prolong, stretch and pause during their working days so they can get comfortable with this rhythm when they’re home as it is part of their day-to-day job.
Here is our specially-guided method, which can be used by your business or you to remain fit and healthy throughout this lockdown.
Eating small, frequently eat
We realize it is still tenting to be at home but not to feed the nettles, sodas and chocolate bars that we all packed before the lockdown was released. It is simple and also the first step forward in achieving a healthy diet at lockdown is a safe, well-balanced and fat dinner. (Click here to find our dietary guide for those who live alone or are unable to cook too much)
Taking the breaks
Breaks of five minutes are the best way to make your eyes clear of the computer’s burden and let your mind go out of control. In these 5 minutes, here’s what you can do to update yourself:
Home-stays
While the practice is less well known, home walking is a perfect way to keep fit. All the most residents who live in high altitudes after the lockdown have their own homes to work out. Each of our members of the team managed for two weeks to take 40-minute walks three days a day without failure, 10,000 steps a day. This led to her digestion and her body heating for the next high-intensity workout.
Exercise
We can’t advise enough to keep you fit for your life at least 30-60 minutes a day. You should follow our fitness scheme for the best possible health:
Drink loads of beverages
In the time you work, try to drink 2 liters of water. Always hydrated, it also allows the body to filter out contaminants. You can try smoothies made from best hand blender.
Refreshment
Sit on the couch, or in your room, or on some flat surface.
Straighten your spine, cross your thighs, close your eyes. Stretch your hands on your feet stretch your arms.
Begin to breathe and raise the depth steadily. Keep at least 5 minutes in this role.
Extend the chest and shoulders
Stand upright. Stand tall. Place your fingertips behind your back, spread your arms forward and open your chest up as much as you can.
