Have you ever thought to yourself or said to a friend, Wow, I can believe the year is almost over, and before you know it, the new year is here?

Many people reminisce about the previous year, and many feel a little distressed or sad because things didn’t quite go as planned, but what if I told you there was a way to make your New Year resolutions come true? Would you believe me? Would you be willing to give it a shot?

The best way to make your New Year resolutions come true is to get a piece of paper and a journal. Write five of the most significant changes you would like to accomplish on the paper that would make you feel good about yourself and enhance your overall life.

Stick it on a spot where you can see it each day. In the journal, write the same goals down with 10 feasible things you need to do to accomplish them. Try to accomplish at least 1 thing each week and reward yourself when you do.

The trick is to stay consistent. Create a realistic plan and make sure these are goals that you want that are meaningful to you, not someone else trying to tell you to want you should accomplish.
